Use at your own risk.
N8N Capital provides experimental software: a marketplace, a Liquidity Desk vault, and the $N8N token. Nothing here is a registered security, and no return is guaranteed. Read this page in full before you connect a wallet.
01. Use at your own risk
N8N Capital's marketplace, Liquidity Desk, and $N8N token are experimental software. You use them at your own risk. Digital assets are volatile, and smart contracts can fail, be exploited, or behave unexpectedly.
N8N Capital is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, custodian, or investment adviser, and is not registered as any of the foregoing with any regulator. Tokenized stocks and ETFs on N8N Capital track the reference price of an underlying asset — they do not grant shares, voting rights, dividends, or any ownership interest in the underlying company or fund.
02. Products & fees
Marketplace. A flat 5% fee applies to all buys and sells, deducted at the time of trade and settled directly to your wallet. There is no lockup period on marketplace positions.
$N8N token. Trades in $N8N carry a 4% total fee: 3% protocol fee plus 1% N8N execution rail. Of the 3% protocol fee, 2.75% is auto-routed as liquidity into the highest-ranked stock-token pool and 0.25% funds the treasury. Of yield collected from workflow-owned liquidity positions, 80% is distributed daily to $N8N holders pro-rata; 20% is retained by the desk.
Liquidity Desk. A separate vault accepting USDC deposits for automated liquidity provisioning alongside protocol fee flow. There is no deposit fee. A 5% fee applies only to the profit portion of a withdrawal — principal is never charged a fee.
Fee rates, routing rules, and the assets available for trading may change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
03. Risk disclosure
- Market risk. Prices of tokenized assets and $N8N can fall to zero. Past performance, including any trailing yield figures shown on this site, is not indicative of future results.
- Liquidity risk. Some markets may have low trading volume, resulting in wide spreads or difficulty exiting a position at the displayed price.
- Smart contract risk. The workflow, vault, and marketplace contracts have not been audited to institutional standards. Bugs or exploits could result in partial or total loss of funds.
- Impermanent loss. Liquidity positions opened by the workflow or the Liquidity Desk are exposed to impermanent loss relative to simply holding the underlying assets.
- Oracle risk. Reference prices are sourced from third-party market data feeds and may lag, gap, or be temporarily unavailable during periods of volatility or feed outages.
04. No affiliation
N8N Capital is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to n8n GmbH or its workflow-automation software, nor to any of the companies, brokerages, exchanges, or funds whose tickers are listed as tokenized assets on this site (including, without limitation, NVIDIA, Tesla, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, and SPDR/Vanguard/ARK Invest fund families). All trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the reference asset a token tracks.
05. Not investment advice
Nothing on this site — including the FAQ, workflow diagrams, run logs, or any figures labeled as illustrative — constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether trading tokenized assets or holding $N8N is appropriate for you, and for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
N8N Capital is not available to residents of jurisdictions where accessing tokenized securities products of this kind is restricted or prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to use this site.
06. Eligibility & verification
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and must not be a person or entity subject to trade sanctions to use N8N Capital. There is no minimum age exemption — if local law sets a higher age of majority, that age applies.
Contract addresses for the $N8N token, the marketplace router, and the Liquidity Desk vault will be published once deployed, for independent onchain verification. Always confirm you are interacting with a published contract address before approving a transaction.
